The housing project is located on the 7th Av (Carrera 7) in Bogotá; the most emblematic avenue of the city. The building is inspired by the natural beauty of the eastern hills of the city and becomes an extension of them. The terraces are full of vegetation and besides giving a natural setting to the units it will protect them from the pollution of the city and will highlight the unique views from the tower.

We had to create different strategies to use the local normative in our favor, giving the building a high level common spaces and transforming what we believed as weaknesses in the moment, for the greatest strengths of the building.
